摘要
在带静态混合器的反应器中进行乙二醇醋酸酯的生产,对反应器内的温度分布进行了优化,环氧乙烷与醋酸的较佳摩尔比为1.05:1.0,有机碱性化合物作催化剂时,反应的选择性大于95%。物料在反应器内的停留时间越长,反应的转化率和选择性越好。
Ethylene glycol acetate was manufactured in a tubular reactor with static mixer. The better ratio of ethy-lene oxide to acetic acid was 1.05:1.0, the distribution of temperature inside the reactor was optimized. The selec-tivity of the reaction was up to 95 % in the presence of organic alkaline compound as a catalyst. The longer the re-tention time of reactant in reactor was, the higher the yield and selectivity could be obtained.
