摘要
在直径为20~50mm4种苏尔士静态混合器中,研究了不同操作条件下的传热特性,实验发现携热操作比供热操作的传热效果好,粘度较大的流体宜走混合器的管内。获得了混合器管内外膜传热系数的经验关联式。
In four kinds of Sulzer Static Mixer with diameters between 20~50mm, heat transfer characteristics were studied at different operating conditions. Experimental results indicate: the heat transfer effect of a heat removal operation is better than that of a heat supply operation, the fluid of higher viscosity is pretened to flow inside the mixer. correlation equations of heat transfer coefficients were preasented, the total heat transfer coefficient of Sulzer Static Mixer is three times as large as that of an empty tube.
