摘要
目的 了解西安市医务人员艾滋病认知状况 ,指导当地开展艾滋病健康教育。方法 按省、市、区级三类医院 ,分医生、护士、实验技术人员、行政管理人员 4种职业 ,选择西安市区 4所医院进行问卷调查。结果 收回有效问卷 942份 ,各职业医务人员对艾滋病主要传播途径、一些非艾滋病传播途径及其他一般性问题认识清楚 ,但知识掌握不够深入和全面 ;对艾滋病病人 /感染者不歧视 ,但普遍存在恐惧心理 ,且可能影响到提供正常的医疗服务。同职业医院间认知程度无明显差别 ;不同职业间差别明显 ,主要体现在一些较专业的问题上。艾滋病知识主要来自于媒体宣传 ,接受专业知识培训机会少。普遍认为医务人员有必要加强艾滋病知识的学习。结论 应结合职业特点 ,加强艾滋病专业知识的培训 ,端正对艾滋病病人
Objective To research knowledge level and attitude about AIDS in the medical staff and to direct local AIDS education Methods According to three grades of province, city and district, and four occupations of doctor, nurse, technician and administrator, the members from 4 hospitals were enrolled in a questionnaire investigation Results From the 942 valid questionnaires returned, the vast majority of the subjects in each occupation were well-known in the questions of the transmission routes, some non-infectious paths and other general issues about AIDS, but the knowledge wasn't deed and wide enough; didn't discriminate against the people with AIDS/HIV, but universally with a fear which might have a negative effect on the medical service The differences were not significant between the hospitals but remarkable between the occupations in the knowledge and attitude, especially in the relatively specialized issues The public media was the chief resource of AIDS knowledge, but the professional training was poor The most believed that more studies be necessary Conclusion It is supposed to enhance the AIDS professional training and correct the negative attitude towards the person with AIDS/HIV in medical staff according to their occupational traits
