摘要
用80只雌性 SD 大鼠,随机分为4组。设计腹部皮瓣5×7cm 大小。组1用股静脉远端的血流营养皮瓣,组2用股动脉远端的血流,组3用股动脉的血流,组4用双侧股动脉血流。实验结果显示:皮瓣的存活率随着营养血管血压的升高而升高,残留溃疡的面积则随之而下降,皮瓣的弹性随着营养血管血压的升高而接近正常未经皮瓣过程的皮肤。作者认为,在临床上,选择搏动良好的动咏或肢体的大动脉作为受区的接受动脉可保证皮瓣的存活率及存活后的质量.
Eighty female rats were divided into 4 groups.The abdominal flap was of size 7 by
5cm.The right superficial epigastric artery served as the portal of blood inflow and the
left superficial epigastric vein was the draining vein in all flaps.In Group 1,the inflow
ing blood was from the distal end of divided femoral vein;Group 2 inflowing blood from
the ligated distal femoral artery;Group 3 inflowing blood from femoral artery and Group
4 inflowing blood was from both femoral arteries.The experimental results were that the
survival rate of the flap rose with the increa sing blood flow pressure and the elasticity
of the flap was closer to that of the normal skin with increasing blood flow pressure.
The experiments indicate that the choice of a good pulsating nunishing artery is very
important for ensuring survival and quality of free foap.
