摘要
目的评价游离静脉皮瓣修复手指皮肤及指动脉损伤的可行性及临床效果。方法从腕前区切取合适的游离静脉皮瓣,倒置移植于手指皮肤缺损区覆盖创面,皮瓣静脉两断端分别与指体断裂动脉吻合。结果手术治疗9例,术后皮瓣全部成活,外观及功能良好。结论应用游离静脉皮瓣修复手指皮肤、动脉损伤,方法简便有效,能保持手指长度,是一种较好的方法。
Objective To assess the feasibility and clinical effectiveness of free vein flap repairing the finger skin and artery defect, Methods Free vein flap of the anterior aspect of wrist was transplanted on the site of finger skin defect, connecting the vein with the finger artery. Results Nine cases was treated with this method. All falp was survived with good shape and function. Conclusion Application of free vein flap for treatment of finger skin and artery defect is a good simple method.
