摘要
通过在大白鼠(n=123)背部制作9cm×4cm、蒂部位于尾侧的随意型皮瓣,观测前列腺素抑制剂山莨菪碱(654—2)对其成活的影响,同时间接测定皮瓣移植术前后组织TXA_2、PGI_2的含量和组织血流量的变化。结果表明:①皮瓣移植可引起组织TXA_2含量的变化,而654—2可有效地抑制TXA_2含量的增加;②激光多普勒血流计显示皮瓣移植对近端血流量无显著影响,但可减少远端的血流量,654—2可明显缓解皮瓣远端血流量的减少;③654—2可增加皮瓣的成活面积。
In an experimental study, we made random skin flaps (9 × 4cm) with pedicle caudal on the backs of 123 SD rats, The effect of prostaglandin inhibitor—Anisodamine (654—2) on the survival of the shinflaps was assessed. and the content of TXA2. PGI_2 before and after skin flap transplantation and the change of blood flow were also determined. The results showed, 1. the skin flap transplant could cause a change of TXA_2 content, while 654—2 could significantly inhibit the increase of TXA_2: 2. the laser doppler flowmetery showed that the skin flap transplant had no effect on proximal blood flow, but decreased the distal blood flow, and 654—2 could alleviate the decrease of distal blood flow: 3. 654—2 could increase survival area of the transplanted skin flaps.
