摘要
在SBR反应器中,pH值6.8~7.1左右且充分曝气的条件下,用活性污泥对以乙醇为底物的水进行处理,发现污泥中微生物细胞中有胞内聚合物聚-β-羟基丁酸(PHB)生成,且在曝气15~20min左右达到最大值。同时发现PHB的形成量随底物乙醇浓度的增大而升高。当乙醇浓度分别为0.26mg/L、0.42mg/L时,PHB的最大值为53.59mg/L、72.55mg/L。
Artificial wastewater containing ethanol as substrate was treated by activated sludge in sequencing batch reactors(SBR) with about pH 6.8~7.1 and entire aeration.Results showed that poly-β-hydroxybutyric acid(PHB) was formed in organisms cells,and the content of PHB in the cells reached the maximum in 15-20 minutes of the initial stage of aeration.The content of PHB increased with the rise in ethanol concentration.When the maximum of PHB was 53.59 mg/L,the ethanol concentration was 0.26 mg/L,while being 72.55 mg/L,the ethanol concentration was 0.42 mg/L.
