摘要
用四乙基溴化铵为模板剂合成了 β沸石 ,系统地研究了模板剂浓度、碱度、晶化时间及温度等因素对 β沸石相对结晶度的影响 .在 413K下 ,晶化混合物的最佳组成范围为Si O2 / Al2 O3 =2 0~ 10 0 ,TEABr/ Si O2 =0 .2~ 0 .7,OH- / Si O2 =0 .5~ 0 .6 ,H2 O/ Si O2 =6~ 8.6 .结果表明 ,以 TEABr为模板剂是非常经济的 .
The synthesis of zeolite beta was systematically studied with tetraethylammonium bromide(TEABr) as an organic template.The effects of the TEABr/SiO 2 ratio, alkalinity , and time and temperature of the synthesis was investigated.The optimized composition was found to be within the range SiO 2/Al 2O 3=20~70,TEA +/SiO 2=0.2~0.7,OH -/SiO 2=0.5~0.6,H 2O/SiO 2=6~8.6 at 413 K.The results suggestuat the use of TEABr as an organic template for the manufacture of zeolite beta is commercially economical.
