摘要
以粗孔硅胶为硅源,偏铝酸钠为铝源,四乙基氢氧化铵为模板剂,采用微波辐射方法合成了β沸石,利用氨氮吸附静态实验、电镜扫描、X衍射谱图分析及化学成分分析方法探讨合成样品结构对沸石吸附性能的影响。结果表明,微波辐射法最佳合成条件为:H2O和SiO2的摩尔比为2.5,辐射温度为140℃,辐射时间为60 min。微波辐射法合成的各种β沸石的吸附容量不同,最高为47.53 mg/g,最低仅为12.28 mg/g。微波合成条件是影响β沸石结构和饱和吸附容量的主要因素。微波合成沸石的相对结晶度越高饱和吸附容量越高,其中相对结晶100%的β沸石最高。结构松散的β沸石吸附容量相对较高。
β- Zeolites were synthesized by using tetraethylanmmoniurn hydroxide(TEA- OH) as an organic template, silica gel as silica source and sodium metaaluminate as aluminum .source, and adopting microwave radiation. The samples were characterized by ammonia nitrogen static absorption experimentation, SEM, XRD and chemical composition analysis. The rest, Its show that the optimum synthesis conditions are that the mole ratio of H2O and SiO2 is 2.5, radiation temperature is 140 ℃ and radiation time is 60 min. The saturation adsorption of different β- zeolites are different. The biggest is 47.53 mg/g, and the lowest is 12.28 ing/g. Microwave radiation is main factor of saturated adsorption capacity of β - zcolite. The higher of the relative erystallinity, the saturated adsorption capacity higher, and the top is on the relative crystallinity of 100%. The looser the structure is, the higher saturated adsorption capacity of β- zeolite is.
