摘要 用于重油裂化和生产高辛烷值汽油的裂化催化剂的高硅Y型分子筛的制备是一个包括脱铝、补硅、水热处理等步骤的复杂过程。SRNY分子筛研究与开发的新技术路线的要点在于使水热过程和脱铝与补硅过程一步完成,在水热过程中引入的稀土氧化物,不但可以调节脱铝速度,使脱铝和补硅同步进行,保护分子筛的结晶度,而且使分子筛具有抗重金属特别是抗钒性能。分子筛与催化剂的工业生产与中试结果一致,工艺可行,产品质量稳定。工业生产的催化剂在武汉石油化工厂和长岭炼油化工厂等重油催化裂化装置应用,在保持与国外同类催化剂相当的焦炭选择性的基础上,表现了更强的重油裂化能力,轻油收率增高,油浆收率降低。 The preparation of high silica Y zeolite used as active component for resid cracking or octane-enhancing cracking catalysts is usually a multi-step process including dealumination, silicon insertion, hydrothermal calcination, etc. A new approach to the prepa- ration of a high silica Y zeolite, which is designated as SRNY zeolite, is characterized in rea- lizing hydrothermal calcination, dealumination, and silicon insertion in one step. The rare earth oxide incorporated during hydrothermal process play roles not only in adjusting the rate of dealumination and balancing the dealumination and silicon insertion processes, retaining the crystallinity of Y zeolite during hydrothermal calcination, but also in enhancing the vana- dium resistant ability of prepared high silica Y zeolite. The results of commercial production of the zeolites and the zeolite based catalyst are consistent with those of pilot plant prepara- tion. The reliability of the process technology and the repeatability of the product quality are well proved. The commercially produced catalyst is practically applied in resid cracking units of Wuhan Refinery and Changling Refinery. The results show that SRNY catalyst exhibits higher resid cracking ability, higher gasoline plus diesel yield, and lower slurry yield, compar- ing with the competitive catalysts from one of the major FCC catalyst producer in the world on the basis of similar coke yield.
