摘要
建立了用反相高效液相色谱法快速同时测定尿中苯的 3种代谢物 (包括粘糠酸、氢醌和儿茶酚 )的方法。采用反相C18分析柱 (4 .6× 2 5 0mm) ,流动相为甲酸 :四氢呋喃 :水 =14:17:96 9,流速为 1.8ml/min ,检测波长为 2 70nm。该方法的相对标准偏差为 2 .4%~ 4.6 %之间 ,加标回收率为 81%~ 93%之间。本法经过样品预处理后 ,适于现场尿中苯代谢物的测定。
A rapid method for the simultaneous analysis of benzene metabolites including muconic acid (MA), catechol(CA), hydroquinone (HD) by Reversed-phase High-performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) was developed and applied to urine samples. The optimized detection parameters were as follows:the column was C 18 analytical column, the mobile phase was formic acid-tetrahydrofuran-water(14:17:696),the phase flow rate was 1.8ml/min,the UV detector was set at 270nm.In optimal experimental conditions, the added standard recovery of MA, CA, HD in urine was found to be in the range of 81%~93%. The relative standard deviation(RSD%)was found to be in the range of 2.4%~4.6%. Therefore,the method might be used widely in the field study after urine sample pretretemnt.
