摘要
合成了9种新的P-氨基苯氧乙酸与芳醛或杂环醛生成的席夫碱,对其产率,物理性质,UV,IR,1HNMR,元素分析和生测结果作了首次报道,发现化合物S1,S2,S4,S7,S8与S9具有显著的植物生长激素活性,其中以杂环醛与合卤素的芳醛所生成的席夫碱活性较好.
Nine kinds of new schiff bases of p-Aminophenoxy acetic acid with aromaticand Hetrocyclic aldhydes have been synthesized for the first time. Their yield,physical constants,UV,IR,1H NMR,elementary analysis and biological activity were originally studied.It is found that compounds S1,S2,S4,S7,S8 and S9 have marked activity on plant grouth hormones. The schiff bases that come from Heterocyclic and halogenated aryl aldehydes have finer activity.
