摘要
芋螺毒素是近年来研究得较多的一类海洋生物神经毒素 ,化学结构独特 ,是约含 10～ 30个氨基酸残基的小肽 ,能特异地与神经受体结合。本文介绍有关芋螺毒素的发现 ,神经作用研究及分子生物学研究等方面的研究历史 。
Conotoxin is a kind of marine neurotoxins.It contains about 10～30 amino acid residues.It has a unique chemical structure which can be bound specifically with nerve receptors.This review deals with the history of study on conotoxin,including the foundation,nerve system function and molecular biology,etc,and briefly introduces potential application in nerve biology and new drugs research.
