摘要
新型阿片类药瑞芬太尼因化学结构独特而具有起效快，清除快等特点，已广泛应用于临床麻醉与镇痛，然而其呼吸抑制的不良反应也同样倍受关注。本文将瑞芬太民呼吸抑制的机理，特点，影响因素，及临床应用时与镇静药的协同作用进行综述。
