摘要
在含氯代十四烷基吡啶的NaCO3 NaHCO3(pH 9.70 )缓冲溶液中 ,镍与亚硝基R盐形成的络合物在 - 0 .64V(vs .SCE)处有一灵敏的络合吸附波 ,峰电流与镍离子的浓度在 3 .4× 1 0 -9mol/L~ 3 .74× 1 0 -6 mol/L范围内呈线性关系 ,相关系数 (r)0 9994.检出限为 1 .4× 1 0 -10 mol/L (80ng/L) .方法用于水样和生物样品中微量镍的测定 ,结果满意 .
A sensitive oscillopolarographic method for the determination of trace nickel, based on the complex adsorptive current of the nickel-nitroso R salt (NRS) system with the cationic surfactant tetradecyl pyridinium chloride (TPC), which increased the current response about 9 times compared to that obtained without TPC, was reported. Under optimum experimental conditions, the peak current was directly proportional to the concentration of nickel (3.4×10 -9 mol/L~3.7×10 -6 mol/L ), with the detection limit of 1.4×10 -10 mol/L (0.08 ng/ml). The electrochemical behavior of NRS-Ni 2+ complex was investigated. The adsorption of the ternary complex in the presence of TPC obeyed the Frumkin adsorption isotherm. The adsorption coefficient (β= 3.85×105 L/moL ), the amount of saturated adsorption (Γ s = 5.28×10 -10 mol/cm 2) and the attractive factor (υ= 0.99) were evaluated.
