极谱催化法连续测定水中痕量铬、锌、钴、镍 被引量:9

CONTINUOUS DETERMINATION OF TRACE CHROMIUM ZINC COBALT AND NICKEL IN WATER BY CATALYTIC POLAROGRAPHY

摘要 本文提出在α-联糠肟-乙二胺—亚硝酸钠—盐酸羟胺—氯化铵体系中连续测定铬、锌、钴、镍四元素的极谱催化波,波峰敏锐,波形良好,铬浓度在0.0005—0.5μg/15m1,锌0.1—30μg/15ml,钴0.0005—1μg/25ml,镍0.01—4μg/25ml范围内浓度和峰高呈线性关系。当铬1ppb,锌70ppb,钴15ppb,镍22ppb时,相对标准偏差分别为4.5%,5.8%,3.5%,5.1%。 Continuous determination of the catalytic polarographic wave of chromium, zinc, cobalt and nickel in a-furildioxime-diaminoethane-nitronatrium-hydrazine chloride-ammonia chloride system was given. The wave peaks are sharp, and the wave shapes are fine. The peak potential is at -1.65V, -1.25V, -0.85V, -0.73V, respectively. When the concentration ranges within 0.0005—0.5μg/15ml (Cr), 0.1—30μg/15ml (Zn), 0.0005—1μg/25ml (Co), 0.01—4μg/ml (Ni), the concentration is linear with Peak height. The lower detection limits are: Cr 40 ppt, Zn 9.6 ppb, Co 40 ppt, Ni 1 ppb. For Cr 1 ppb, Zn 70 ppb, Co 15 ppb, and Ni 22 ppb, the coefficients of variations are 4.5%, 5.8%, 3.5%, 5.1%, separately.
