以氯代十四烷基吡啶作浮选捕收荆兼起泡剂使锆—偶氮胂Ⅲ有色疏水性鳌合物被起泡浮选与母液分离,采用浮选一有机溶剂萃取联用、使泡沫中Zr—偶氮胂Ⅲ整合物直接进入正丁醇有机相从而达到消泡和二次分离。然后用乙醇将正丁醇相溶于6—7NHCl中进行直接光度测定。最大吸收波长为655纳米,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.83×10~5。一定量的阳离子不干扰锆的分离与测定。
A new method has been developed for determination of the trace zirconium by the flotation-extration with arsenazo Ⅲ(Ar-Ⅲ). tetradecyl pydinium chloride(TDPC) and n-butanol Zr(Ⅳ)-Ar-Ⅲ-TDPC complex has a maximun absorption at 665 nm in pH 3.0-3.5 with a molar absorptivity of 1.83×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer 'slaw is obeyed for 0-16μg of zirconium. Some of the metal ions will not interfere with the determination of zirconium. The recovery of the trace zirconium in ores was almost 100%.
