摘要
为探讨川芎嗪对血管内皮细胞功能的影响 ,将 2 4只新西兰大白兔随机分为川芎嗪组、肝素组、生理盐水组 ,每组各 8只动物。分离股动脉 ,切断 ,显微镜下吻合血管。川芎嗪组用药量为 5 mg· kg- 1 ,肝素组用药量为 6 0 u· kg- 1 ,均加入 0 .9%生理盐水32 0 ml,生理盐水组用等量生理盐水 ,各组分别于术后静脉注射给药 ,每天 1次 ,连用 14天。分别于术后 1、3、7、14天从股静脉抽血检测 ET、NO、PGI2 / TXA2 。结果川芎嗪组和肝素组的 ET值低于生理盐水组 ;而川芎嗪组和肝素组的 NO值则高于生理盐水组 ,川芎嗪组的 NO值高于肝素组 ;川芎嗪组和肝素组的 PGI2 / TXA2 值高于生理盐水组。认为川芎嗪具有保护再植血管内皮细胞 。
To study the effect of the ligudtrazine(TMP) on the function of vascular endothelial cell(VEC). Methods: Twenty-four New Zealand white big rabbits were allocated to TMP group, heparin group and Normal Saline(N.S) group. The rabbits' femoral arteries were cut off and anastomosed with microscope. The trial grug was administered by intravenous injection after operation once a day lasting 14 days. The rabbits were tested the ET,NO and PGI2/TXA2 AT 1,3,7,14 day after operation.Results: Both the TMP and heparin aoulp decrease the value of ET and increase the value of NO and PGI2/TXA2. Conclusion: The TMP could improve the function of VEC and avou/id thembsis.
