摘要
目的观察电针内关、口服复方丹参滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及其对内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为针刺组(20例)、药物组(20例)与针药组(20例),予相应的处理,观察疗效,并观察3组治疗前后ET、NO水平。结果心绞痛疗效方面比较,针药组优于针刺组和药物组,针刺组疗效均优于药物组(均P<0.05);在降低ET值,升高NO值方面针药组疗效优于针刺组和药物组(P<0.01),针刺组与药物组疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论电针内关穴,口服复方丹参滴丸、针药结合这3种不同方法治疗稳定型心绞痛均有较好临床疗效,均能降低ET升高NO;但针药组的疗效以及改善和调控上述指标的作用明显优于针刺组和药物组,提示稳定型心绞痛的治疗以针药结合治疗方法为最佳。
Objective： To explore clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined medicine treating stable angina pectoris as well as the effect of the therapies on endothelium and nitric oxide. Methods： Sixty cases with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into 3 groups： electroacupuncture therapy group （20 cases）,Oral com- pound Danshen dropping pill group （20 cases）and combination of electroacupunture and medicine therapy group （20 cases）. Clinical effect of the three groups as well as their change of ET, NO levels before and after treatment were observed. Results： In respect of curative effect, combination group was superior to those of other two groups. Electroacupuncture therapy group was superior to simple medicine group. In respect of decreasing ET and en- hancing NO levels, combination group was significantly superior to those of other two groups. The other two groups had no obvious difference in this part. Conclusions： The 3 groups have well clinical effect on lowering ET and increasing NO. But the combined therapy group is better than electroacupuncture therapy group and oral com- pound Danshen dropping pill group in turns of improving the indicators. Thus electroacupuncture combined medicine therapy group is the best of the three treating stable angina pectoris.
