摘要
依据世代平均值分析的多元回归程序 ,分析了家蚕全茧量、茧层量性状的各类基因效应的方差及其对性状表现的作用。研究结果表明 :在茧质性状的遗传控制方面 ,显性效应、加性效应、上位效应所起的作用是不一样的 ;品种不同 ,基因效应估值不同 ,在世代间遗传变异大小也不相同 。
Based on the Multiple Regression Procedure for the Generation Mean Value Analysis,gene effects of cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight in silkworm were studied.The percentage of each component in total was estimated also.The results are as follow:The additive effect,dominance effect and epistatic effect played different role in silkworm cocoon characters genetic variation.Gene effects and its percentages varied with silkworm race.The epistatic effect cannot be ignored in the inheritance of silkworm cocoon characters.
