摘要
以3个茎瘤芥杂交组合的P1、P2、F1、F2、B1、B2世代为试材,采用世代平均数分析的多元回归法,对叶性状的基因效应进行了分析。结果表明:叶长以加性效应和显性效应为主;叶宽的加性效应占优势,但有时显性效应和上位性效应不可忽视;叶重的上位性效应与加性效应并重,显性效应在某些组合也显著存在;上位性效应主要是加性与加性互作;叶性状的遗传基本上是以可固定遗传的加性类效应占主导地位,其F1代都具有不同程度的正向优势。
The F1, F2 , backcresses B1 and B2, and their parents of three tumorous stem mustard hybrids, were used to study gene effects of leaf type traits, including leaf length, leaf width and leaf fresh weight, through multiple regression of the generation means. The results showed that additive and dominant gene effects had major contributions to leaf length and additive to leaf width. While dominant and epistatic gene effects should not be ignored for leaf width in some cresses. The epistatic and additive gene effects beth were important for leaf fresh weight, and were dominant alse for some crosses. The epistatie effects were mainly from the interaction of additive-additive. On the whole, the additive effects were predominant and the positive heterosis in different degree for leaf type traits of F1 hybrid was observed.
