摘要
采用性连锁模型分析得知,全茧量、茧层量、丝素量、茧层率及蛹重五个性状受基因的加性效应、显性效应和性连锁效应的控制,其中加性效应的作用最大,都比显性效应大2倍以上;加性与环境互作、显性与环境互作及母体与环境互作效应对茧层量、丝素量有极显著作用;加性与环境互作、显性与环境互作效应对茧层率有极显著作用;母体效应、性连锁与环境互作效应对五个性状的作用都不显著.对试验品种的遗传分析得知,每一品种不同的性状在不同的基因效应上表现各异,如将各种有利于产质量的因素集中于一个品种内。
As a result of present experiment by means of sexlinkage model to the analysis of cocoon quality characters of silkworm Bombyx mori,the author concluded that five characters of cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight,cocoon shell rate,fibroin content and pupa weight were controlled by additive,dominant and sexlinkage effects of genes,while the additive effect was the most important one which was over 2 times greater than dominant effect. Moreover,interacting effects of additivity and environment,dominance and environment,maternity and environment on the characters of cocoon shell weight and fibroin content were very significant,and interacting effects of additivity and environment,dominance and environment on the character of cocoon shell rate were also very significant,but interacting effects of maternity and environment,sexlinkage and environment on all of the five characters were not significant.The results of genetical analysis on the experimented varieties have also led the author to a conclusion that all characters of each variety showed different genetical effects,and excellent variety would be bred if all the advantages of every quantitative and qualitative characters could be incorporated in the single variety.
