摘要
采用复合杂交和系谱法育成的优质细胞质雄性不育系 T78A,整精米率高、垩白少、直链淀粉含量中等。用 T78A与早恢 89配制成优质杂交早稻 T优 7889,主要品质指标达到国颁 3级优质米标准。为更好地推广该组合 ,进行了各产量构成因素对产量的通径分析 ,并设计了施纯氮总量、插植规格两种因素裂区试验。结果表明 ,穗数是 T优 7889最重要的产量性状 ;不同施纯氮量 (112 .5~ 2 0 2 .5 kg· hm- 2 )对 T优 7889产量影响不显著 ;不同插植规格对 T优 7889产量有显著效应 ,插植规格以 17.5 cm× 17.5 cm或 13.2 cm× 2 3 cm为宜。据此提出了 T优
Cytoplasm male sterile line T78A was bred from multi\|parents hybrid and system breeding,behaved high white rice rate?low chalkiness score and middle amylose content.High\|quality early hybrid rice Tyou 7889 was bred from T78A with restorer line Zhaohui 89,its quality reached Grand 3 national good quality rice standard.The yield performance,cultural techniques,fertilizering amount of pure N and transplanting density were studied. The result showed that effect of different N fertilizer amounts (112 5-202 5 kg·hm -2 ) on yield of Tyou 7889 was no significant; while effect of transplanting densities was significant,and 17 5 cm×17 5 cm or 13 2 cm×23 cm were the best transplanting densities.The effective panicles was the critical factor for high yield performance of Tyou 7889, the high yield cultural strategy and the key cultural techniques of Tyou 7889 were put forward accordingly.
