摘要
对由 191个家系组成的籼粳交组合 (密阳 2 3 /秋光 )构建的重组自交系群体的稻米品质性状在 2个年度中的表现进行了分析。结果表明 :碾磨品质、外观品质和蒸煮品质等 13个性状在重组自交系群体中都呈连续变异 ,同时存在双向超亲分离现象。表型相关分析显示 :糙米率、精米率和整精米率间均存在极显著的正相关。粒长、粒宽、长宽比、垩白率、垩白大小、垩白度和透明度等 7个稻米外观品质的成对性状间相关水平均达到显著或极显著。直链淀粉含量与碱消值呈极显著正相关 ,直链淀粉含量和碱消值与胶稠度的相关均不显著。同时 ,对碾磨品质与外观和蒸煮品质、外观品质与蒸煮品质性状之间的简单相关进行了分析。
Rice quality traits were analyzed in two years by using a set of recombinant inbred lines (RIL) derived from an indica×japonica cross. The results showed that all of 13 quality traits varied continuously, and transgressive segregation for all the traits was observed in RIL. There were significantly positive correlations among the milling quality traits of brown rice rate, milled rice recovery and head rice recovery. The correlations at significance of 5% or 1% levels were found among the appearance quality traits of grain length, grain width, length-width ratio, percentage of grains with chalkiness, square of chalky endosperm, degree of endosperm chalkiness, and endosperm translucency. Amylose content is significantly correlated with alki spreading value, and no correlations were observed between amylose content and gel consistency, and alki spreading value and gel consistency. The correlations among the traits of milling, appearance, chemical and physical properties were also analyzed.
