利用出叶间隔预测杂交水稻制种花期 被引量:1

摘要 用出叶间隔的变化来预测杂交水稻制种花期,其方法是通过3天1次的叶龄记载,换算成出叶间隔,绘出出叶间隔变化曲线,从曲线中直观地确定父母本出现出叶转换点的时间;根据父母本出现出叶转换点的时间差来判断花期的相遇程度。一般父本的出叶转换点比母本早5~6天出现,父母本花期相遇良好,若父母本出现出叶转换点的时间差少于或超过5~6天,母本的始穗时间就早于或迟于父本的始穗时间,必须及时采取措施进行适当调控。另外,应注意不同父母本花期相遇还存有不同的出叶转换点的时间差的要求。 A new method to predict synchronization of flowering between male and female parentsthrough the changing of leafing interval(LI)was studied. The results showed that the leafing intervalmethod was easy-operating and effective in predicting the heading interval between the both parents in hy-brid rice seed production.In the method, leaf number (LN),or the number of leaves on a main culm, is suc-cessively observed and recorded every 3 days,then the leafing interval (LIn= )is calculated and its changing curve is thus made. From the curve, a turning point(TP) with an obvious increase in LI can besimply found. According to the time difference(TD) of the TPs between male and female parents and theknown TD of the durations of panicle differentiation and development (DPDD)(form the beginning of youngpanicle differentiation to the just emerging-out of the panicle) between male and female parents, synchro-nization of flowering can be predicted. In general , the DPDD for the male is 30~32 days,5~6 days longerthan that of the female (25~27 days).If the TD of the TPs between male and female parents(TPF-TPM)is equal to 5~6 days, the flowering can be synchronized, if(TPF-TPM)> 5~6 days(e.g., 8 days),themale will head earlier(e.g.,2~3 days) tehan the female, if TPF-TPM<5~6 days(e.g., 4 day ),the malewill head later(e.g.,1~2 days) than the other.
