摘要
首次合成了4-(6-甲氧基-8-喹啉偶氮)-间苯三酚(MQAPG)。产品通过了元素分析、红外光谱、薄层色谱、核磁共振鉴定。MQAPG在碱性溶液中,与钴(Ⅱ)形成配合物,λmax=518 nm,Δλ=79 nm。在0.02~1.5μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律。测定了指甲及河水中的微量钴(Ⅱ),结果稳定可靠。
4 - (6 - Methoxyl - 8 - quinolineazo) - phloroglucinol(MQAPG) has been synthesized first time. The product was checked by elementary analysis (EA) , infrared absorption spectrometry(IR), thin layer chromatography(TLC), nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR). MQAPG reacts with Co(Ⅱ) in base medium, forming a complex which has the absorption spectrum with λmax 518 nm, contrasts(Δλ) 79 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity was 2.83×10~4 L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the ranged of 0.02 to 1.5 μg Co(Ⅱ) per mL. The satisfactory results have been achieved in applying the methods to the determination of trace Cobalt in fingernail and river water.
