铁(Ⅱ)-4-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)邻苯二酚-乳化剂OP三元胶束配合物显色反应的研究 被引量:10

摘要 本文研究了在乳化剂OP存在下4-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)邻苯苯二酚(BTAFC)于弱酸性和弱碱性介质中与痕量Fe(Ⅱ)的高灵敏显色反应。它们在PH6.4~6.8和PH9.5~10.5范围内分别反应形成稳定的电中性和带负电荷的紫色三元胶束配合物,其λ_(max)分别为620和630rm,Fe(Ⅱ)与BTAPC的组成比分别为1:2和1:3,ε_(620)和ε_(630)分别为1.02×10~5和1.16×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。建议了两种配合物的结构。用于水中痕量铁的分光光度测定,取得了满意的结果。 In the presence of OP, the highly sensitive chromo genic reaction of 4-(2-benzothiazolylazo)pyrocatechol(BTAPC)with trace Fe(II)in the weakly acidic and the weakly basic media was studied. They react to form the stable, neutrally or negatively charged, violet, ternary micelle-complexes in the pH range of 6. 4 to 6. 8 or 9. 5 to 10. 5, respectively. Their λ_(max) are 620 and 630nm, respectively, the component ratios between Fe(II)and BTAPC are 1: 2 and 1: 3, respectively and ε_(620)and ε_(630)are 1. 02×10~5 and 1. 16×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1), respectively. The structures of two complexes were suggested. Although the sensitivity of the chromogenic reaction in the weakly acidic medium is slightly lower than that in the basic medium, the selectivity of the former is obviously superior to that of the latter. Therefore, the analytical procedure for determination of trace iron by means of colour development at pH 6. 6 is better. The method has been applied to the determination of trace iron in water with satisfactory results.
