摘要
合成了5-(2,6-二溴-4-硝基苯基偶氮)-8-氨基喹啉(DBNPAQ)新试剂.在pH9.5的硼砂缓冲溶液中,Tween-80存在下,试剂与Co(Ⅱ)形成2∶1的紫红色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于660nm,摩尔吸光系数为7.38×104L·mol-1·cm-1.钴离子的量在0~15μg/25mL内符合比尔定律,所拟方法用于维生素B12中钴离子的测定,结果满意.
The colour reaction of 5 (2,6 dibromo 4 nitrophenylazo) 8 aminoquinoline (DBNPAQ) a newly synthesized reagent with Cobalt(Ⅱ) in the presence of Tween 80 was studied. The result shows an absorption maximum at 660 nm with an apparent molar absorption of 7.38×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range between 0 ̄15 μg/25 mL of Cobalt (Ⅱ). The method has been applied to the determination of trace amount of Cobalt (Ⅱ) in Vitamine B 12 with Satisfactory results.
