摘要
探讨妊高征患者胎儿脐动脉血流速度比值 (S/D)与围产儿预后的关系 .应用彩色超声波对 62例妊高征患者胎儿脐动脉血流速度指数进行测量并与新生儿体重、新生儿Apgar评分、羊水性质和围产期结局的关系进行分析 .结果 :62例妊高征中有 2 3例围产儿预后良好 ,3 9例围产儿预后不良 .围产儿预后不良发生率 ,中重度妊高征明显高于轻度妊高征 (P <0 0 5 ) .S/D比值与围产儿预后有明显的相关性 .
In order to explore the relationship between umbilical artery systolic/diastolic ratios(S/D) and fetal prognosis,fetal umbilical artery flow velocity waveform was measured using colored ultrasound in 62 pregnancy-induced hypertension cases.And the relations between S/D and fetal prognosis including neonatal weight and Apgar score,the amount and quality of amniotic fluid were evaluated.Results:In the 62 cases,39 fetus had poor prognosis.The incidence of feltal poor prognosis was significantly higher in moderate and severe cases than in mild cases (P<0 05).S/D ratios is highly correlated with the fetus prognosis.The results indicated thatthe measurement of umbi-lical artery flow velocity waveform could be used to evaluate fetal status indirectly in pregnancy-induced hypertension cases.
