摘要
本研究运用益气化瘀法治疗胎萎不长,以舒喘灵为对照药,观察益气化瘀法对胎萎不长孕妇的影响。结果:益气化瘀法促进孕妇宫高、体重增长优于对照药(P<0.05),益气化瘀剂能够降低胎萎不长孕妇的血粘度,改善胎盘血循环,使有效灌注量增加而达到治疗目的。
The study reported the effect of tonifying qi and removing stasis of blood method on gravida with intrauterine growth retarlation (IUGR)by applying the method to treat IUGR and western medicine was taken as control
The results showed that tonifying qi and removing stasis of blood method could promote the height of uterus and weight of gravida to grow significantly . which were more obvious than that of control( P < 0.05) . Otherwise, the medecine of toinfying qi and removing stasis of blood could low the blood viscosity of gravida with IUGR, improve the blood circulation of placenta, rise the effective perfusion to get the treatmental aim.
