胆囊癌组织中血管生成与肿瘤细胞凋亡的关系

摘要 目的 :探讨胆囊癌组织中血管生成与肿瘤细胞凋亡的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法 ,对 4 2例胆囊癌组织中血管内皮细胞的第Ⅷ因子抗原进行染色 ,检测肿瘤内微血管密度 ,同时应用原位末端标记技术检测胆囊癌组织中凋亡细胞指数。结果 :胆囊癌组织中微血管密度 (MVD)与胆囊癌浸润深度 (P <0 .0 5 )、淋巴结转移(P <0 .0 1)和远处转移 (P <0 .0 5 )密切相关。胆囊癌微血管密度与肿瘤细胞的凋亡指数呈负相关 (r =%D0 .875 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :肿瘤微血管密度与胆囊癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移及远处转移密切相关。在胆囊癌发展过程中 ,肿瘤的微血管形成后 ,肿瘤细胞的自发性凋亡率降低 。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between angiogenesis and spontaneous apoptosis of the tumor cell in gallbladder carcinoma. Methods: Forty two surgical specimens from gallbladder carcinoma tissue were studied. Micro vessel density (MVD) was determined by immunohistochemical staining in gallbladder carcinoma tissues with anti human. Factor Ⅷ related antigen (F Ⅷ) antibody. The number of apoptotic cells was measured using in situ end labeling (ISEL) method. Results: The value of MVD was correleted with the depth of invasion (P<0.05), lymph node metastasis (P<0.01) and distant metastasis (P<0.05). ISEL assay demonstrated an inverse correlation between apoptotic index and microvessel densities(r=-0.875,P<0.01). Conclusion: MVD was strongly related to the metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma. The incidence of apoptosis in gallbladder carcinoma was significantly influenced by the extent of neovasculation and angiogenesis may contribute to a reduction of apoptosis in tumor cells.
