摘要
用 3,5 二硝基苯甲酰化的β 环糊精 (β_CD) 硅胶手性固定相 ,结合正己烷_异丙醇 ,甲醇_φ =1%乙酸三乙胺 (TEAA ,pH 4 1) ,乙腈_φ =1%TEAA 3种流动相系统和紫外检测器 ,高效液相色谱拆分了 11对生物碱类手性药物对映体 ,取得了良好的分离效果 ,相对保留值≥ 1 2 9,分离度≥ 1 41。对手性拆分机理。
The 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl β-cyclodextrin bonded phase was used for the separation of chiral drug enantiomers by HPLC.Eleven pairs of racemic drugs of alkaloids have been completely separated with the solvent systems of hexane-isopropanol,methanol-triethyammonium acetate,and acetonitrile-triethylammonium acetate (pH 4.1). The relative retention ratios of enantiotopic isomers are more than 1.29. The resolutions of enantiotopic isomers are higher than 1.41.The separation mechanism of chiral drugs on the bonded stationary phase,the influences of the mobile phase composition and the structures of sample on the resolution were studied.
