摘要
基于苯胺被H2O2氧化为硝基苯使其荧光猝灭的原理建立了一种测定中药对H2O2清除率的新方法。研究表明:苯胺荧光在pH7~8之间有最大强度;乙醇浓度为50%(V/V)时,瑞利散射干扰最小.荧光强度最大;苯胺浓度为110 mmol/L,H2O2的浓度小于1mmol/L时,苯胺荧光猝灭程度与H2O2浓度呈线性关系。测定了中药厚朴和杜仲对H2O2=的清除率,结果与鲁米诺化学发光法测定值一致。
Based on principle that aniline can be oxidized as nitrobenzene and its fluorescence quenched by H2O2, a new method is developed to determine eliminating ratio of Chinese traditional medicines for H2O2. It is shown that fluorescence of aniline is maximum when pH value is between 7 and 8. Rayleigh scattering interference is minimum and fluorescence is maximum when the concentration of ethanol in sample solution is 50% (V/V). Linear relation between the quenching level of aniline fluorescence and the concentration of H2O2 is established when the concentration of H2O2 is below 1 mmol/L. Eliminating ratios of Cortex Magnoliae officinalis and Cortex Eucommia for H2O2 are determined. The results are identical with those of luminol chemiluminescence.
