摘要
对花椒提取物进行抗氧化实验,结果表明:还原力的测定表明花椒提取物(0.06%)与BHT(0.02%)和Vc(0.02%)相比较,效果相当(α=0.01);花椒提取物清除过氧化氢能力好于BHT;在提取物浓度大于或等于0.06%,花椒提取物抑制脂质体能力强于同浓度下的BHT(α=0.01)。花椒提取物具有较强的自由基清除能力。
The paper that introduces extract of Prickyash Pee on the antioxidant experiment, the results have been attained as follows: extract of Prickyash Pee(0.06 %) is equal to BHT(0.02 %) and Vc(0.02 %) on reducing power (α=0.01). The experiment of H2O2 scavenging activity (%) on Prickyash Pee ,the result proved extract on Prickyash Pee has better scavenging activity(%) by H2O2. The result indicated extract on Prickyash Pee(≥0.06 %) on liposome oxidation (α=0.01) has more effective than BHT at the same conditions. Extract of Prickyash Pee has effective scavenge free radical.
