体育锻炼对左脑的开发作用 被引量:3

A study of the developmental functions of physical training to the left side of the brain

摘要 目的探讨体育锻炼对左脑功能的影响。方法运用智力测验法,蒙眼定距测跳法,顺序数字记忆广度测定法和倒逆数字记忆广度测定法,对每天参加体育锻炼着和对照组进行测定。结果实验组智力测验平均得分高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论体育锻炼对左脑的语言逻辑、数据处理、推理等功能均具有促进作用。 Objective To explore the effects of physical training in the functions of the left side of the brain.Method This was ascertained by measuring and surveying those who participate in physical training every day and the control group by the methods of intelligence test,fixed distance jump measurement with covered eyes,memory range measurement of sequential and menory range measurement of numbers in reverse order.Result The intelligence test average score of the physical training group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.01,P< 0.05).Conclusion Physical training can evidently promote the functions of the left side of the brain in language,logic,date processing and reasoning.
