摘要
本文探讨智力测验在颅脑损伤的赔偿医学中的应用价值。对５０例车祸颅脑伤的智力测验临床报告进行整理、分类分析。结果显示：临床智力测验与赔偿医学之间存在着一定的差异。为此，笔者探索出正确应用临床智力测验报告结论的方法和途径。智力测验不失为赔偿医学中解决颅脑伤后智力缺损的有效方法。
The paper sorts out.clasifies and analyses the reports of intelligence test on 50 cases with cranio cerebral injuries by road accident and probes the application of intelligence test in forensic medicine.The results show that there are some diffevences between the intelligence test in clinic and that in forensic medicine.Therefore authors put forward to the principle of clinic intelligence testl.Intelligence test is an effectice way to appraise the intelligent defects resulted from cranio cerebral injuries.
