摘要
采用动电位扫描、电化学阻抗、电子探针等方法 ,研究了 1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在含H2 S的酸性体系中表面钝化膜的破坏 .结果表明 :当H2 S含量较低时 ,不锈钢表面钝化膜的厚度在H2 S的作用下不断减薄 ,但并未完全破坏 ,电化学阻抗谱图保留钝化膜的阻抗特征 ;当H2 S含量较高时 ,不锈钢表面钝化膜被破坏 ,表面覆盖一层硫化物膜 ,电化学阻抗谱图的特征发生变化 .
The behavior of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel surface passive film have been studied by potentiodynamic?impendance and electron probe in 0.05 mol/L H 2SO 4 solution containing hydrogen sulfide.The results indicated that the thickness of passive film attenuated with the increasing content of hydrogen sulfide,but the film did not destroy at a low concentration of hydrogen sulfide,the EIS characteristic of passive film remained.The passive film destroyed at a high concentration of hydrogen sulfide (>200×10 -6 ),and the surface film turned to sulfide film,then EIS characteristic changed as a result.
