摘要
以晶态V2O5(c-V2O5)为原料,采用熔融淬冷法成功制取了V2O5薄膜电极,研究了该电极电化学阻抗谱(EIS)的基本形状及其随电位的变化,并用等效电路拟合了不同电位下的EIS,同时系统地测试分析了与电极材料性质和电极荷电状态相联系的一些参数。对引起这些界面参数变化的可能原因进行了解释。
Vanadium pentoxide film electrodes used for lithium rechargeable batteries were prepared from crystalline vanadium pentoxide (c-V2O5) by melt quenching method, then the basic shape of the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of V2O5 film electrodes were described. The changes of EIS with potential were studied by fitting EIS data to an equivalent circuit, and then some parameters were measured and analyzed on the electrochemical performance and the state of charge of the electrode. Possible mechanism for the changes in these interface performances was explained.
