摘要
目的:用电化学交流阻抗谱方法研究钴铬、镍铬合金和纯钛在人工唾液中的耐腐蚀性。方法:用电化学工作站测量出3种金属材料在人工唾液中的电化学阻抗谱(Bode图、Nyquist图),利用ZSimpWin软件对数据进行拟合分析,根据等效电路R(CR)拟合结果来评估3种金属的耐腐蚀性能。结果:从Nyquist图可见,3种材料的容抗弧半径大小依次为纯钛>钴铬合金>镍铬合金;从Bode图见,3种材料均为一个时间常数,即表面均是一个电容层。根据等效电路R(CR),3种材料的电容层无明显区别,但三者的阻抗值均很大,其中纯钛的阻抗值最大,钴铬合金的阻抗值居中,镍铬合金的阻抗值最小。结论:3种材料在人工唾液中均具有良好的耐腐蚀性,其耐腐蚀性能顺序是纯钛>钴铬合金>镍铬合金。
PURPOSE:With the help of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),the purpose of the study was to investigate the corrosion resistance of CoCr alloys ,NiCr alloys and commercially pure Ti(cp Ti) in the artificial saliva(AS). METHODS:With the EIS,a test was made on the three alloys/metals in the AS (See Bode plot and Nyquist plot). And then,an analysis was made on what was known in the test by the software of ZSimpWin,after which the corrosion resistance of the alloys/metals was evaluated against the parameters of equivalent circuit [R (CR)]. RESULTS:In the Nyquist plot,the capacitance arc radius was in the sequence of cp Ti〉CoCrNi〉Cr. From the Bode plot,an one time constant was able to be obtained. That was the capacitor layer. According to the equivalent circuit[R(CR)],there was no significant difference in the capacitor layer of the three alloys/metals. And the sequence of the impedance value of the three alloys/metals was cp Ti〉CoCrNi〉Cr. CONCLUSIONS:The EIS results suggest that the three alloys/metals have a great corrosion resistance with cp Ti having the highest corrosion resistance and that CoCr alloys is better than NiCr alloys in the corrosion resistance.
