摘要
针对 RAPD反应体系中 Taq聚合酶、d NTP和引物这 3个影响较大的因素 ,设计了一组 3因素 3水平试验 .根据试验结果 ,筛选出了油菜 random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)反应体系中 3因素的最佳浓度配比 ,即 Taq 1.6 U ,d NTP 0 .2 mm ol/ L ,引物 0 .3μm ol/ L .
To obtain the optimun random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) reaction system,one test was designed to screen the suitable concentration of 3 factors(Taq,dNTP,primer) at 3 levels in the 30 μL reaction system.The results show the optimum concentration of the 3 factors in 30 μL reaction system.
