摘要
从豇豆煤霉病病区分离健株根际真菌菌株 88个 ,优势菌群为青霉属和镰孢菌属 ,分别占 84.7%和13 .6 % ;病株根际分离菌株 70个 ,优势菌群为青霉属和曲霉属 ,分别占 74.2 %和 10 %。键株根际分离出细菌菌株 19株 ,其中杆菌 17株 ,占 89.5 % ,具荧光反应的 9株 ,占 47.4% ;病株根际分离出细菌菌株 2 3株 ,其中杆菌 16株 ,占 6 8.2 % ,具荧光反应的 6株 ,占 2 6 %。所分离的 42个细菌菌株对青枯菌均无拮抗反应 ;对大白菜软腐病菌有拮抗作用的分别为 5株和 4株 ,分别占所测菌株的 2 6 .3 %和 17.4% ;对瓜果腐霉病菌有拮抗作用的都为 2株 ,分别占所测菌株的 10 .5 %和 8.7%。
rhizosphere fungi were isolated from healthy plants of cowpea sooty blotch, the dominants were Penicillium spp. and Fusarium spp.; 70 fungi from diseased plants, the dominants were Penicillium spp. and Aspergillus spp., 19 and 23 rhizobacteria were isolated from healthy and diseased plants respectively. 9 and 6 respectively possessed fluorescence reaction. Of all the isolated bacteria, 0.9 and 2 isolates showed antagonism to Ralstonia solanacearum, Erwinia carolovora and Pythium aphanidermatum.
