摘要
利用生防菌株BS1抗利福平霉素标记法,研究生防菌株BS1在番茄、茄子根部及根际土壤中定殖动态情况,结果表明,BS1可以在番茄、茄子根际土壤中定殖,随着时间的延长,根际土壤菌量逐渐下降,15d后茄子苗根际土壤菌量及20d后番茄苗根际土壤菌量均降至0。对BS1在番茄幼苗根部定殖能力研究表明,处理后6h在幼苗根部定殖的菌量为15cfu·g-1,12h后为860cfu·g-1,24h后达最大值(7.8×104cfu·g-1),以后不再增加,48h后仍维持在较高水平(6.5×104cfu·g-1)。
Colonizing dynamics of BS1 marked with Rifampicin on the roots and in root zone soil of tomato and eggplant were investigated.The results showed that BS1 could be colonized on roots and in soil,but BS1 population declined gradually, it decreased to 0 on the 15th days after treatment for eggplant and the 20th days after treatment for tomato.The BS1 population on plant roots were 15 cfu·g-1, 860 cfu·g-1, 78×104 cfu·g-1 and 65×104 cfu·g-1 respectively after treated 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h.
