本文首先介绍了有关平台方法的理论研究 ,在此基础上提出了技术平台的概念 ,分析了技术平台的构成要素与特征。然后 ,介绍了技术平台的构建模式和技术平台的升级与更新 ,探讨了技术平台与核心能力的关系。最后 。
In the first, this paper introduces some theoretical researches about platform approach, based on this the definition of technology platform is presented, the components and characteristics of technology platform is also analyzed. After that, this paper introduces the ways to construct a technology platform, the upgrade and renewal of technology platform is discussed then. Next, this paper discusses the relation between technology platform and core competence. Finally, a case study on FFW D.L DIESEL is put forward.
