摘要
本文给出了高技术渗透的定义及其与技术支撑体系的互动关系，阐述了高技术渗透的机理，研究了高技术渗透的演化模式，并指出了演化过程的随机特征。最后，强调了高技术渗透过程在本质上具有整体确定性。
This Paper firstly, gives the definition of high-tech effusion and the mutual relation between Technological Infrastructure and high-tech effusion. Secondly, it discusses the mechanism of high-tech effusion. Thirdly, it puts out the three kinds of evolution modes about high-tech effusion and its stochastic characteristic. In the end, it emphasizes on the integral certainty of the process of high-tech effusion, it is an important premise for us to study high-tech effusion.
