摘要
目的 :建立银黄口服液中绿原酸和黄芩苷的 HPL C测定方法。方法 :采用 C1 8柱 (4 .6× 2 5 0 m m,5 μm) ,甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (4 3∶ 5 7∶ 0 .3)为流动相 ,检测波长为 32 4nm。结果 :平均回收率为 :绿原酸 98.44 % (RSD=2 .5 8% )、黄芩苷 97.45 % (RSD=2 .2 8% )。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorognic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang Oral Solution. METHOD:A Hypersil ODS C 18 column (4.6×250 mm,5 μm) was used with a mobile phasc of methanol water phosphoric acid(43:57:0.3), The detect wavelength was 324 nm. RESULTS :The average recoveries of chlorogenic acid and baicalin were 98.44%(RSD=2. 58%) and 97.45%(RSD=2.28%),respectively. CONCLUSION:The method is simple, rapid, accurate . It can be used for the quantitative analysis of Yinhuang Oral Solution.
