摘要
对不同工艺皮康冲剂中的黄芩甙含量应用ＨＰＬＣ进行比较。实验结果表明：黄芩甙的含量以黄连单独打细粉，于制粒前加入黄芩、大黄等煎液的稠膏中，制得的冲剂含量最高为５．３０％，而以黄芩、黄连等药合煎制得的冲剂黄芩甙的含量最低为３．１９％。
Baicaline in differently processed products of Pi Kang granules was determined by HPLC method. The results indicated that when the powder or Rhizoma Coptidis was directly mixed into the extract of Radix Scutellariae and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, the content of Baicalin was up to 5.30%. While Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Coptidis were extracted together, the content of Baicalin was down to 3.09%.
