摘要
采用溶出度检查法第三法(小杯法)测定复方左炔诺孕酮片的溶出度. 溶出条件为,溶剂:35%乙醇100mL;转速:120r/min;时间:60min;用高效液相色谱法检测. 结果表明,用溶出度控制片剂质量更科学、更规范,该方法简便快速、可行,有利于提高药物内在质量.
Dissolution Test (Ⅲ) are adopted(Solvent: 100ml 35%C2H5OH; Rotation rate:120r/min; Time:60min; Detection: HPLC) to determine dissolution of Compound Levonorgestrel Tablets. The method is simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of dissolution of Compound Levonorgestrel Tablets.
