摘要
目的对5个厂家多潘立酮片进行溶出度的比较。方法采用国家药品标准的方法进行测定,以相似因子法对不同产品的溶出度曲线进行相似性对比。结果以杨森制药有限公司的吗丁啉片(即多潘立酮片)为参比制剂,A、B、C、D药厂产品的溶出度曲线的相似因子分别为:56.56、19.23、21.92、20.22。结论A药厂的产品溶出度性质与杨森制药有限公司相似,而其余3个厂家的产品质量与杨森制药有限公司的不相似。
OBJECTIVE To compare the dissolution profiles of domperidone tablets from five manufactures.METHODS The dissolution percentage was determined by authorized methods,and similarity for dissolution profiles was evaluated by f2 factor.RESULTS Compared with domperidone tablets preparations made by Janssen Pharmaceutical Ltd.,the similarity factors of the tablets from manufacturers A、B、C and D were 56.56,19.23,21.92 and 20.22,respectively.CONCLUSION The dissolution characteristics for product from manufacturer A was similar to Janssen Pharmaceutical Ltd.,and dissolution characteristics for the other three was different significantly.
