摘要
组织间的知识流动形成了知识链,知识链组织之间存在各种冲突。列举了知识链组织间主要冲突并分析其成因,然后有针对性地为知识链组织间冲突管理提出应对策略。
The flow of knowledge among organizations forms the knowledge chain in which are various conflicts.This article lists the major conflicts and analyzes the cause of them,and then proposes some tactics for the conflict management.
