摘要
基于系统科学的研究进展,分析复杂性科学、演化经济学、理论与计算化学、计算经济学的方法论及研究思路对管理理论的影响,针对目前管理理论的现状,论述了复杂适应系统理论应用于管理理论研究的必要性,提出基于演化和计算思想的管理学研究新视角——计算管理学,探讨计算管理学研究的建模思想、建模分析框架和计算框架平台,分析了计算管理学研究的应用前景。
Departing from the development of system science, this paper analyzed the impact of the methodologies and thoughts of complexity science, evolutionary economics, computational chemistry and computational economics on management theory. And then, the paper addressed the necessity of appling complex adaptive systems theory to management science, and presented a new concept of computational management based on evolutionary and computational thinking. Finally, modeling thinking, modeling analysis framework, computational framework platform, and application foreground of computational management are discussed.
